Karen started K&L Insurance in 2010. The business has been growing for the last decade due to Karen & her staff. As insurance professionals, Karen & her staff have an understanding of their clients’ coverage needs. They provide superior customer service & competitive rates. No one wants to think about insurance, if you ever need to make a claim they want to make sure you are covered.
Karen Garcia – Agent/Owner
K&L Insurance Services was founded by Karen in
2010 – who is an experienced insurance professional.
Karen’s passion lies in helping individuals and families find the best insurance solutions tailored to their needs. Whether it’s auto, home, or business insurance, she is committed to providing personalized service and expert advice. Karen was born in Naples, FL and graduated from Barron Collier High School. Outside of work, Karen enjoys spending time with her 2 granddaughters, working out in the gym, and being out on the boat with her son.
Emily Garcia – Senior Account Manager
Emily is Senior Account Manager with over 8 years of experience in the insurance industry. As a senior account manager, her goal is to go above and beyond for her client’s needs. She has developed a deep understanding of insurance products and services during her time with K&L Insurance Services. When
she is not in the office, Emily loves to travel and spend time with her daughters Juliana and Gianna, her husband Ivan and dog Nala.
Abigail Rocha – 440 CSR
Abigail is a licensed 440 CSR – who is fairly new to
the insurance industry. However, Abby is passionate
about continuing her education and helping clients understand their insurance needs. Abby is a mother to her beautiful daughter Andrea. On her free time, she enjoys going to the gym, shopping and spending time
with her daughter who means the world to her.
Veronica Rocha – Senior Account Manager
Veronica was born in Naples, FL and graduated from Lely High School in 1998. She became a licensed 4-40 CSR in 2015. She works effectively to meet the
insurance needs of her clients. Veronica is married,
has 4 wonderful children and 2 amazing granddaughters and 1 grandson (on the way), who
mean the world to her! Outside of the office, Veronica enjoys spending time with her family, watching the
Atlanta Braves and caring for all her animals (11
chickens, 1 cat, 7 dogs, 4 fish, 1 blue crawfish, 1
quaker parrot and 1 chinchilla).
